He grabbed a 40-yard touchdown pass that gave the Orange the lead in the 17-9 upset over Nebraska in 1984 (which is considered one of the all-time college upset games). As a Senior, he was selected AP All- East, and Honorable Mention All-American.
His career 12 touchdown catches broke the Tony Gabriel record of 11 set in 1968-70. As a senior, Dr. Siano broke Art Monk’s season-high receiving record with 51 catches. He was selected for the Cherry Bowl in 1985, the 1986 East-West Shrine Bowl along with teammate Buffalo Bills Head Coach Doug Marrone.

He went on to represent the USA on the national Rugby seven-a-side and fifteen-a-side teams. As a fifteen-a-side A Team selection, he was capped (the honor of playing for a national team against another national team) against Ireland, Canada, Argentina, and Uruguay. As a B Team selection, he was capped against New Zealand (5 matches), and Leicester England North.
In 1991, Dr. Siano was recruited to play for the Life University Rugby team, and given a full scholarship to the Chiropractic doctorate program. Upon graduation, he was employed as Director of the Life University Wellness center for 5 years, during which time he provided chiropractic services to numerous Olympic and professional athletes. He was in private practice in Georgia until 2019.
Michael and his wife Martha moved to Washington County Maine in 2020 to continue their love of serving others by bringing Chiropractic services to the area.

We believe that natural methods can be tried initially to relieve chronic or injury-induced pain with great results. Chiropractic adjustments along with heat, massage, diet and stretching can many times bring remarkable pain relief without harmful pharmaceuticals.
Decreasing chronic inflammation
Diet, stress, lack of sleep and bone misalignment can cause inflammation. along with many chronic conditions such as arthritis.
Chiropractic treatment and therapies can provide lasting improvement.
Without treatment, poor posture left unaddressed can lead to chronic problems like bone, spine and joint issues. Chiropractic adjustments of the spine contribute to postural improvements.

"The increase in emergency-related injuries for children includes well-known injuries such as broken arms and twisted ankles-these injuries are certainly not new. What is new, however, are the types of children's sports injuries seldom seen in past generations. They are overuse injuries caused by small, but repetitive injuries to the body's tissues, joints and spinal column resulting in chronic health conditions.
Chiropractic adjustments for children of all ages are of tremendous benefit for the treatment and prevention of injuries and to maximize performance potential. Chiropractic's focus on the spine and nervous system is also important for children, since it is their nervous system, which controls their entire growth and development."
